What Vén Wallet provides

Vén Wallet is a personal money-tracking and budgeting tool. It helps organize information you enter and is not a bank, accounting service, broker, or financial adviser.

License to use

You receive a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, subject to App Store rules.

The full version is a one-time purchase

The full version is purchased once through the App Store. It is not a subscription and does not renew automatically. Apple handles payment, receipts, purchase restoration, and refunds under its policies.

Your data

You retain ownership of the data you enter into Vén Wallet. We do not read it, sell it, or use it for advertising.

You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter and may export your data using the backup and CSV tools provided by the app.

Keep a backup of your data

Because most data stays on your device, you should keep a suitable backup. The seven automatic copies remain on that same device, so they do not replace a backup stored elsewhere or your iPhone's iCloud Backup.

We do not hold a copy that can be restored for you if the device is lost, the app is deleted, or a backup is damaged.

Sync and shared budgets

When iCloud is enabled, syncing depends on your iCloud account, network connection, and Apple's iCloud service.

When you share a budget, invited members may view and change information in that budget according to the permissions you grant. Invite only people you trust.

Market information is for reference

Stock, cryptocurrency, and exchange-rate information comes from third parties and may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. Vén Wallet does not promise real-time prices.

Nothing in the app is investment, tax, legal, or accounting advice. Do not use it as the only basis for a financial decision.

Responsible use

You may not deliberately interfere with, reverse engineer, redistribute, or use the app in a way that violates law or another person's rights, except where applicable law expressly permits it.

Provided as is

We work to keep the app stable and accurate, but cannot guarantee that it will always be free of errors, available without interruption, or suitable for every purpose.

To the extent permitted by law, Vén Wallet is not responsible for indirect loss caused by relying on information you entered or third-party market data.

Changes and termination

We may update the app or these terms. The date at the top will always show the latest revision.

You can stop using Vén Wallet at any time by deleting the app. Export anything you wish to keep before deletion.
